Returns, Changes and Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

When returning an item, sales invoice and a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must accompany ALL returns and warranties. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. There will be no refunds on returns and exchanges that are not in resalable condition.

If authorized, you may return “new and unused” merchandise that has not been special ordered within 30 days of ship date, as stated in our returns section, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges within 15 days of ship date.

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number:

You must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from AWR Racing, Inc. before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RGA number. Contact AWR Racing, Inc. by e-mail or phone at 760-598-9782 to obtain an RGA number. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Restocking Fee with Special Orders

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all special orders if returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by AWR Racing, INC.  For orders with free shipping, the original shipping charges will also be deducted from returned item(s).

Directions For returning an item to AWR Racing:

Contact AWR Racing, Inc. by e-mail or phone at 760-598-9782 to obtain an MRA number. The MRA number must be written on the original invoice.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed at the top of the invoice.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Contact AWR Racing, Inc. by e-mail or phone at 760-598-9782 no later than 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt if the package has hidden damage due to mispackaging.

If there is visible damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.

Repairs

While the incidence of defects in new items is extremely low, there may be occasions in which repair work becomes necessary.

Any necessary repair work may be handled directly by AWR Racing on our premises. Contact AWR Racing for further information regarding repairs by e-mail or phone at 760-598-9782.

Canceling Your Order

After you have clicked “Confirm Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.

To cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Items that were specially configured by you are custom manufactured and cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Changing Your Order:

Credits:

Should a credit be authorized, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. You will not be refunded the shipping costs unless shipping was in our error. An order that you place, and then decide to cancel, is NOT our error if you don’t contact us in time.
