2025/26 AWR Racing Internship

Congrats to our 25/26 interns on graduating high school! We’re proud of all the hard work you put in at AWR Racing this year. This is a big milestone, and we’re excited to see where your next steps take you both!

Our internship program has been running strong for over 15 years in partnership with a local high school, giving students real hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding. It’s all about teaching practical skills that go beyond textbooks and setting students up for careers in automotive, engineering, the military, and college.

Two of our awesome AWR employees started as interns here, and we’re so happy they have joined our team! It’s been awesome working with them every day. (Shout out to Colton and Piers!)

We’re proud to support young talent and enjoy welcoming new interns each year. Continuing to teach the trades is key to keeping craftsmanship alive and building a strong future.
