PROTEGE TRANSMISSION MOUNT

Complete mount on top of transmission for Mazda Protege with 70 or 88, or 95 durometer solid urethane bushings. Improves driveline response by inhibiting driveling lash, putting all that motion to the task of moving the car along.

Completely new fabricated and reinforced mount, silver powder coated. The 70 durometer bushings, which are recommended for the street. The 88 durometer bushings are a bit firmer, and the 95 durometer which are only recommended for racing. These are too hard for the street and may cause undesirable resonance in the car. For street applications, order the mounts with the 70 durometer bushings.

Deep sump oil pan for 1999-2003 1.8 and 2.0 Protege. Powder coated silver. Comes with spacer and hardware for oil pick up with -10 or -8 oil port return... Adds 1.5 quart extra capacity.

CARILLO A BEAM ROD

These new rods are available for the 1.8 and 2.0 Protégé and 1993-95 MX-6 & 93-97 Ford Probe 2.0 engines. They are a PRO A BEAM design which are constructed from the same material as the best H BEAM rod that Carrillo manufactures, but the manufacturing process requires approximately 20% less machining time. This rod suits the street / hotrod market. They come with Carrillo H bolts. There is no quality like Carrillo Quality!

HIGH PERFORMANCE RADIATOR

All aluminum, bolt in replacement radiator is available for the 1995-2003 Mazda Protégé'. This version is a great improvement over the stock design, when used in most racing applications at near stock power levels. Features a fin design which is optimized over the stock design, providing superior cooling benefits.

A High Performance radiator hose kit is also available through AWR as an upgrade to this radiator.

COMPETITION RADIATOR

This model is for higher output engines, such as those used in the SPEED World Challenge cars.This all aluminum radiator features a heavier duty construction, and improved design over our HIGH PERFORMANCE radiator, specifically tailored for higher output engines. It is also a bolt in replacement and is available for the 1995-2002 Mazda Protégé'.

A High Performance radiator hose kit is also available through AWR as an upgrade to this radiator.

STAINLESS 4-2-1 HEADER 2.0 ENGINE

Header designed for our Speedvision World Challenge Touring car. . Designed around our SPEED Touring Car header, of Stainless 304 material. As you can see, it's a 4-2-1 header, fully tuned, TIG welded with full flow merge collector. come with 2 O2 sensor bungs, and and EGR fitting. Excellent quality. This design eliminates the stock converter. For racing use only.

URETHANE ENGINE MOUNTS

Urethane engine mounts reduce drive line lash caused by stock rubber mounts which are too soft. Gives tighter more precise shifting and better throttle response.

ENGINE MOUNT and INSERT COMBO KIT

Combination kit includes Heavy Duty replacement engine mounts and engine mount insert.
Two mounts are manufactured with stiff 95 durometer urethane bushings (instead of the stock rubber) encased in a gold zinc bracket. These are recommended for the Manual Transmission cars. Helps stop drivetain lash (rocking) when transitioning from gas on to gas off. Includes left and right (near radiator and firewall) engine mounts in urethane (39-040/050). Fits MAZDASPEED as well as non-turbocharged 1.8 and 2.0 liter engines. These are our stiffest mounts and are recommended for Manual transmission cars. Automatic transmissions are recommended to use the 88 durometer mounts, though either will fit. Bushings are also available separately and inexpensively, in case you decide to change.

For the two engine mounts that we don't make urethane replacements for, we make polyurethane inserts. The factory rubber mounts have holes that the urethane inserts push into. Includes four inserts, two per mount on passenger and driver's side.

For the engine mounts on the passenger side and driver's side of the engine, that we don't make urethane replacements for, we make polyurethane inserts.

The factory rubber mounts have holes in the rubber that the urethane inserts push into.

Includes four inserts, two per mount on passenger and driver's side. Does not include factory mounts, which are shown in photo just to show fitment of bushings.
